This is the ultimate tailgate/party dip! Everywhere I take it, people ask for the recipe. The last time I made this dip for a party, it was seriously gone in 10 minutes! I don’t think I even had the chance to have any :(. However I didn’t mind, since it’s one of our family’s favorites. I am ALWAYS making more.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (10 oz) chunk white chicken, drained
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Spread cream cheese into an ungreased shallow 1-qt baking dish. Layer with chicken, Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce and ranch dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 min or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
