Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and had an AWESOME 4th of July! We had a great weekend going to festivals, bbq’s, and parties. While watching the fireworks, our good friends little daughter commented on how the “Fireworks are really spicy”. Yes. Yes they are :). So what better way to represent the spiciness of July 4th than by making some tasty Jalapeno Popper dip!
This recipe is super easy to make and not a lot of ingredients, making it a quick side or appetizer for any party! You will love it!
Enjoy!
Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth.
Then stir in green chilies and jalapenos.
Pour mixture into an oven safe serving dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, then put under the broiler for 1-3 minutes to lightly brown the top.
Serve it warm with Crostini’s, tortilla chips, crackers, or anything you would like!
