So after making my DIY Photo Collage Letters, I received a few messages asking how my husband put the collage of photos together. So without further ado, I am going to hand it over to my talented and very humorous husband who is going to give a you a video tutorial on how to make a collage in Photoshop! Cut to Spenny in 3… 2… 1….
Hello people of the blog-a-sphere! As some of you surely know, the talented blogger/DIY’er (she’s kind of a dual threat), Tara, has a pretty delicious blog. What you probably didn’t know, was that some schlub somehow convinced her to spend the rest of her life with him and now she’s like all bound by law to stick with him and junk. Sucker. All joking aside, I am that guy, and I also happen to have my own little neurological cubby hole on the interweb’s at www.procre8te.com. I am a designer and have my portfolio along with various video tutorials in an effort to teach other would be designers. And… to try to convince people I know what I’m doing 🙂
Recently Tara posted a project with wooden blocks that had a very cool design printed out and glued to the front. One (or possibly more) persons asked how the collage was made. So…. The wifey asked me to do a guest post with a link to my site including a video tutorial. And I have to be honest, I had a little trepidation. I mean, she has a blog in the DIY world, and I have a blog in the design universe. And if there is one thing I think we all know and can agree on, its, DON’T CROSS THE STREAMS EAGAN! Alas, sometimes a conglomeration of marshmallows and evil 16th century dark Cthulhu magic intertwine and those streams just gotta be crossed. But now that the light is green and the trap is clean, I’ll stop with the Ghostbusters silliness and commence with the learning. Click HERE, or on the image below, to visit my neck of the woods. Oh and sorry if I broke your blog babe. Enjoy!

I’m interested in making the photo collage letter, my question is on printing the photos, do I use photo paper to copy or do I just print photos off my computer using regular computer paper?
